We have over 130 people across our central team and our six specialist teams.
The breadth of our work gives employees the opportunity to move between different areas.
While our teams tend to work independently, our approach is a collaborative one, where we bring the most skilled people across the organisation together to solve the challenges we face.
I’ve now worked across four different teams at Social Finance, and each one has a slightly different focus… I can take what I’ve learned from one project and apply it to another.
