Three new members join the Social Finance Board
Lorna Shaw is an executive coach with expertise in organisational change and leadership. Her background includes local government roles in Birmingham, Wolverhampton and the Local Government Association.
Lela Kogbara is a board member of Black Thrive Global, chair of the Health and Employment Partnerships (HEP) board, and a member of Social Finance’s Race Equity Advisory Group. She previously held leadership roles in the public sector including as Assistant Chief Executive of Islington and Director of the NHS Learning Disability Employment Programme.
Neil Jeffery was CEO of Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) from 2014 to 2022 and previously led social enterprises delivering low income services in the energy and agricultural sectors. He started his career developing policy and advocacy in Washington and Latin America.
