We are supporting a cross-industry effort to create a Code of Good Practice for shared ownership to drive improvements to the consumer experience and unlock a better and bigger shared ownership market.

We helped Newcastle City Council review its affordable housing stock and tenant pathways.

We supported Enfield Borough Council to establish a housing company that addresses the challenges of high numbers of people in temporary accommodation.
