Adele Marshall
She joined the team in April 2020 and has been working in supported employment since 2001, beginning with Enable in Shropshire. During this time Adele helped to develop and lead on a pilot research project delivering IPS to offenders with severe MH and addiction issues across seven midlands prisons, providing ‘through the gate’ support.
In her most recent role, Adele worked as a Senior Employment Specialist and Principal Investigator for one of the largest RCT’s in IPS delivering to individuals receiving treatment for drug and alcohol addictions. This was a completely new service and a very new concept for a drug and alcohol treatment service.
Adele is a passionate advocate of IPS, particularly for harder to reach groups, and sharing the amazing personal journeys of individuals who have seen the incredibly positive life changing impact it brings. Other passions include anything animal related and riding her horse.
