Andrew joined Social Finance in January 2018, and works primarily in the housing team. Prior to Social Finance he was at L.E.K. Consulting, where he worked on strategy, performance improvement and due diligence projects for a range of corporate and non-profit clients. He has also independently advised organisations such as Save the Children, ChildFund, the Behavioural Insights Team, National Grid and Montagu Private Equity.
He holds a Master of Public Policy and M.Sc. in Economics for Development (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford, where was a Rhodes Scholar and captained the Blues athletics team. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours (First Class) from the University of Melbourne, where he graduated as Valedictorian.
