Andrew is a Manager in Social Finance’s housing team. He primarily advises on investment in housing for vulnerable and low-income groups, and has worked with a range of clients including the UK Government’s Inclusive Economy Unit, MHCLG, Big Society Capital and several local authorities. Prior to Social Finance he was at L.E.K. Consulting, where he worked on strategy, performance improvement and due diligence projects for a range of corporate and non-profit clients.
He holds a Master of Public Policy and M.Sc. in Economics for Development (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford, where was a Rhodes Scholar and captained the Blues athletics team. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours (First Class) from the University of Melbourne, where he graduated as Valedictorian.
