Biography

Blair works across Social Finance’s Advisory and Digital Labs teams. Her projects have spanned education, social impact bonds, and international market development. Prior to Social Finance, she worked at the economic consulting firm Cornerstone Research, performing market and data analytics for policy cases and over $50 billion of merger litigation. During her time at Cornerstone, she worked on various pro-bono projects including the writing of asylum reports for Afghan refugees, and a statistical evaluation of discrimination in the U.S. educational system.  She gained prior work experience in strategy consulting in both Beijing and Boston. Blair holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University, where she served on the operating team of a non-profit providing mentorship to first-generation students.
