Florence Toone
Florence is an Analyst in the Impact Incubator team.
Prior to joining us in 2022, Florence worked in executive search, helping a wide variety of clients hire effective leaders and board members. Her work focused on predominantly public sector appointments within government, education, and social impact organisations, while also providing administrative support to the Arts and Culture practice group.
She holds a degree in French from the University of Oxford and has spent time working in France.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Languages – I would love to be able to speak, read, and understand as many as possible.
What would be your superpower?
Teleportation – eco-friendly, speedy, and much more affordable!
What’s your speciality in the kitchen?
In the colder months, soup making.
