Ivjyot Singh Oberoi

Ivjyot joined Social Finance in 2022 as part of The Analyst Programme. 

Ivjyot is an experienced analyst working on several social investment and evaluation projects. His projects involve working with the Impact Investment Institute as the lead researcher to size the impact investments in the UK, building a rich knowledge base around different definitions and frameworks currently used in the sector. As a Performance Management Analyst for the Mental Health and Employment Partnership, Ivjyot supported two Individual Placement Support (IPS) services in London and Shropshire using the Social Impact Bond model, overseeing financial models, data collection, and performance management for providers assisting those with severe mental illnesses and learning disabilities. 

His published contributions include detailed research on the potential of outcome-based financing in India for the Government Outcomes Lab. Separately, he explored changing learning demographics globally, with an article published in FE Week. Ivjyot was also invited as a speaker at the skills conference convened by the City of London in 2023.

He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s in Technology (Civil Engineering) from SRM University.
