Jet joined Social Finance as a director in July 2010.

She led the first social impact bond to reduce re-offending in Peterborough prison and has since worked on a NEETs project in Manchester, domestic violence perpetrator pilot in West Sussex and the Reconnections pilots in Worcestershire and Surrey, later supporting Independent Age to roll out the programme across their community teams. She is currently working in the Health + Social Care team, focusing on end of life care and dementia.

Jet has been working with vulnerable adults and families facing social exclusion since 1993. Starting in the housing sector, she then specialised in managing services for offenders, both within a custodial setting and in communities. She has worked within the statutory and voluntary sectors, including roles with a Regional Director of Offender Management Office and NOMS National Operations Group.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Jet led an innovative community project for prison leavers across the South East, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.
