Jessica Kyriacou
Jess joined Social Finance in 2021 as an experienced service designer specialising in ethical research, participatory design approaches and workshop facilitation.
She is a strong advocate for using design techniques to enable and empower vulnerable groups to navigate complex services and systems. At Social Finance she provides consultative support to teams across refugee resettlement, education, housing and homelessness and children’s services.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Jess has worked as a User Researcher and Service Designer across organisations including Citizens Advice, Barnardo’s and Camden and Islington councils. She has also worked directly with end users in both paid and voluntary capacities.
