Lola Olowofela
Lola joined Social Finance as an Analyst in 2021 and works within the Impact Incubator team.
Before joining Social Finance, Lola worked for Primary Times as an Account Manager, focusing on after sales care and building relationships. She also volunteered as a corps member for City Year UK, a role focusing on schools in working-class areas to start social change. The goal was to challenge young people, start and run clubs, assist with education (specifically SEN and ESL students) and coach leadership and life skills.
Lola also worked as a mentor to young people, leading residentials and community-based projects.
