Tina has experience working across the healthcare and private recruitment industry in both a marketing and recruitment capacity.
As Engagement Manager for the IPS Grow programme at Social Finance, Tina supports the IPS Grow Regional Leads and works closely with representatives from IPS services in Trusts, Third Sector organisations, NHS England & NHS Improvement, Health Education England and training / education providers to inform workforce development strategy and develop national standards to drive consistency for the IPS workforce in England.
With a hybrid background and mixed industry experience, Tina brings innovative and effective ways to promote IPS itself in addition to the workforce delivering it.
