Matthew Pugh
Matthew is part of our Data + Digital Labs team and works on backend services for products.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Matthew worked on automating services for transcription and translation for the television industry, where he designed systems that unified ASR technologies with more traditional methods.
Before that, he was a mathematics teacher for nine years and developed systems that helped teachers how to use technology effectively and better utilise student data.
