Rosanna Hardwick

Rosanna leads our data and digital work in health and social care. 

She specialises in the use of data and technology to empower people and communities, improve outcomes, and address inequity. Her recent projects have included working with the Centre for Digital Public Services, the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, the NHS, third sector health bodies and local authorities.

Rosanna developed detailed insights in health service and digital transformation in her secondment to Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust as Business & Transformation Manager, where she led service improvement projects and mobilisation of new services. Previously she worked on the Care and Wellbeing Fund, a £12m social investment fund that supports the development and scaling of innovative, community-based models of care.

Before joining Social Finance in 2015, Rosanna worked as Charity & Communications Manager for Student Minds, the UK’s student mental health charity. Prior to this she worked at Deloitte as an audit associate.

What do you do to unwind?

Head out into the fields to walk my dog (a rescue lurcher called Freddie) with some music or a podcast.
