Sabrina Rafael

Sabrina is a Manager at Social Finance, and supports our work across health, data and digital. 

Sabrina is currently leading our women’s health work and managing the development of a Maternity Transformation Fund. She also manages the Health Foundation’s Tech for Better Care programme, where Social Finance supports 10 teams across the UK to explore the potential for tech to enable care at home and in the community. 

Sabrina previously worked as the Data and Digital Lead on DLUHC’s £64m Changing Futures programme, where she supported 15 areas in the UK to deliver systems change for people experiencing multiple disadvantage. Across our International portfolio, she led the design of an outcomes fund – the Malaria Elimination Accelerator, and performance managed the Liberia Education Advancement Programme.

Sabrina joined Social Finance from São Paulo Medical University where she worked as a health economist. Her published research is across sexual and reproductive health.

Outside of work, Sabrina is a trustee at Fully Focused Productions, a youth-driven production company which supports the next generation of filmmakers and underrepresented talent.
