Shaun Reeve
Shaun is a Manager in the Impact Incubator.
He currently manages a key project supporting earlier intervention and prevention of permanent exclusions.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Shaun worked within education for a decade, most recently improving the teaching workforce at the Teaching School Hubs Council. He worked to set the organisational strategy, measure impact, and led the policy advisory function.
Shaun started his career at Teaching Leaders, a start-up working within several functions; particularly focused on building the operational infrastructure; and is a Fellow of the On Purpose programme.
