Victoria Walsh
Tori joined Social Finance in 2019 and is currently a Manager in the International team.
She has recently worked on the design and launch of a development impact bond focused on mine clearance and agricultural development in Cambodia; the design of New Financing Models in Rwanda and Pakistan to bring sustainable solutions to the International Committee of the Red Cross’s Physical Rehabilitation Program; and grant and performance management of a Public Private Partnership education program in Liberia.
Tori has also worked in the Data + Digital Labs team, supporting the development of sharing tools to improve service delivery in children’s and adult social care.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Tori spent three years teaching through the Teach First program.
