Will Damazer
He works with government and social enterprises to help them operate more effectively and design new interventions. He has a particular focus on housing, and is passionate about finding ways to unlock more affordable housing supply through both bottom up and central government initiatives.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Will worked at the National Citizen Service (NCS) where he worked to deliver impact through its network of providers with a focus on using data effectively and financial modelling. He started his career in the strategy consulting firm OC&C on corporate strategy and commercial due diligence projects and holds a Masters in economics with a focus on development economics, previously working with J‑PAL in Chile.
Outside of work Will is a passionate supporter of a community focused charities – supporting Tomorrow’s Warriors as a data advisor. Alongside that he is a volunteer bike courier with the Walworth Community Food Hub and tutors economics through The Access Project (TAP).
